The collection of mushrooms, medicinal herbs, and forest fruits is strictly carried out in accordance with conservation regulations, both for plant and animal life. Collection must ensure conditions for the regeneration of the collected raw materials and must be tested according to regulations for preservation and must not adversely affect the environment. Collection is strictly carried out in areas far enough away from possible sources of pollution (main roads, settlements, factories, landfills, etc.).

- The raw material is collected in safe areas without contaminated sources.
- The raw material is strictly stored in specific packaging, as well as in vehicles equipped with refrigeration units.
- The processing of products must be in premises that meet all EU standards.
- Cleaning of premises must be free of impurities and liquid chemicals.
- All incoming raw materials must be tested, date-recorded, and properly stored in warehouses.
- We have all the necessary facilities according to the EU system for processing mushrooms, medicinal herbs, and forest products.
- Our collectors undergo annual training and education on the treatment of forest products (drying, storage, cutting, and processing of mushrooms). Therefore, our collectors increasingly respect our training and treat forest products in accordance with the rules.
